Personal information collected and processed when using the “car monitoring” service – physical identity (names, ID number / Passport, date of validity, country from which it was issued, date of birth, full and exact address, telephone for contact, e-mail), the scanned copy or photo of the driver’s license and partial information for data of kr. a card with which a deposit has been made for the use of the service. The processing is necessary for the fulfillment of obligations under a contract to which the natural person to whom the data relate is a party, as well as for actions prior to the conclusion of a contract. The need to collect personal information is also necessitated by the fact that in certain circumstances public authorities have a legal basis to require personal information for identification.

Deletion of personal data can be done by filling out a form.
