This Privacy Policy applies to the services provided by Tracking-B and the use of the website www.tracking-b.co.uk, as well as all websites, domains, applications, and products owned by the company. As a registered operator of personal data before the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), our main goal is to ensure the protection of information voluntarily provided by you through practices that exceed the minimum legal requirements.

The information we collect:

Personal information collected and processed when using the “car monitoring” service – physical identity (names, ID number / Passport, date of validity, country from which it was issued, date of birth, full and exact address, telephone for contact, e-mail), the scanned copy or photo of the driver’s license and partial information for data of kr. a card with which a deposit has been made for the use of the service. The processing is necessary for the fulfillment of obligations under a contract to which the natural person to whom the data relate is a party, as well as for actions prior to the conclusion of a contract. The need to collect personal information is also necessitated by the fact that in certain circumstances public authorities have a legal basis to require personal information for identification.
Personal information provided by you when using our website and subscribing to services – names, date of birth, e-mail. Examples of these services are e-mail campaigns or events. The provision of this data is voluntary, but some of our services are not available if you do not provide this information.
Combined data. This data is generated by our system while monitoring website traffic. This information does not identify you and is in no way related to the personal information you may have provided.
Sharing information with third parties:
Personal data shall be provided to third parties only after obtaining the written consent of the data subject.
Without the consent of the person, personal data may be provided to third parties in cases where we are obliged to provide the information to public authorities, which have a legal basis to request this information.
Summary data is not shared with third parties such as advertisers and business partners.
What is the personal information provided for:

Terms of storage of personal data:

The term for the storage of provided personal information is 4 years and 6 months, which is justified by Article 82, paragraph 4 of ZANN and Articles 80 and 81 of the Penal Code in connection with Article 189 of the Law on Public Procurement. After this period, the information is automatically deleted.

Right of access to information:

Each client has the right at any time during the processing to request information about the collected and processed personal data, as well as to request blocking or destruction (deletion) of personal data collected for him. Deletion of personal data can be done by filling out a form. If the deletion contradicts legal or contractual storage obligations or other reasons regulated by law, instead of deleting, only the data will be blocked, and a motivated refusal will be sent to the Client.
